The most crucial thing to consider is what you want to achieve. What is the purpose of this software? What for? What should it accomplish? When ordering a software product, having a clear vision in mind is critical. You don’t want to spend months working on it with us without knowing exactly what you want. If you have no prior experience, please read our blog entry on the subject. We’ll also be happy to assist you in getting started; we’re used to starting projects from beginning.
You don’t have to be an expert; that’s why we’re here. We welcome any prior experience you may have in this area, but we’re ready to walk you through the entire process and explain everything. Focus on your requirements, and we’ll meet them.
To provide you with a specific response, we must first generate a project scope and budget. After at least a month of work, we’ll be able to tell you how much of that scope can be achieved within the budget and estimate how long it will take. Don’t worry, if you’re not satisfied with our work after two weeks, you may cancel the project without penalty; this is our trial period, which we believe any reputable firm should provide. Learn more about our methods by reading our blog post.
We keep a close eye on our projects and track how much time they spend on each activity to the minute. To keep track of time spent on your project, we use Harvest software and Redmine.
Absolutely not! We want you to feel certain that you’ll get the product you want. We invite you to assess and improve our work at every stage, from planning to completion. Our philosophy is to collaborate with clients rather than simply do duties. We are always willing to communicate and listen.
Hiring your own staff can be a wise decision; but, the recruitment process takes time, and the costs of maintaining an in-house IT team are considerable. You’ll almost certainly need to hire your own software engineers at some point, but hiring us can save you a lot of money and time (which is basically the same in a business project). To understand more, see our blog post on the subject.
Hopefully, the project will fulfill your needs. However, in addition to delivering a final product, we are pleased to give technical support and annual maintenance if necessary. After all, we are experts in our field. Of course, the source code and all technical details are available if you wish to maintain it yourself, but even then, feel free to contact us if you need assistance.
We wouldn’t call it a demo version, but Agile Methodology forces us to produce functioning software as quickly as feasible and then add features as they become available. As a result, you’ll be able to test and review your software fairly early on.
